The goal at Kenneth Fron is for you to be happy. A satisfied customer means compliments for you and repeat business. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the item(s) within 10 business days for a full refund (not including postage).  Refund will be given as original payment was made or you can ask for a credit towards another necklace. The original box and all paperwork must accompany the necklace as it was received for a full return.
